Flying Wrench Services is a family-owned small business that started as a one-mechanic shop and quickly grew to become the busiest diesel shop in Northwestern Washington. We have a team of 10-15 professional mechanics who have contributed to our reputation for professionalism, efficiency, and integrity, and are looking to add more to our team.

Requirements include:

1. 4+ years of consistent experience
2. Strong drive to succeed with a focus on productivity, efficiency, and high-quality workmanship
3. Ability to maintain a positive attitude and work well with co-workers
4. Own tools and organized work area
5. CDL license (a plus)
6. Knowledge/experience with heavy-duty equipment and trucks (a plus)
7. Experience with diesel performance products and installations (a plus)

Job Duties:

• Repair and upgrade diesel trucks, equipment, and heavy-duty trucks

• Evaluate new equipment capabilities through testing
• Participate in educational opportunities and read technical publications to update knowledge
• Complete projects efficiently with an emphasis on quality
• Deliver high-quality mechanic services for heavy trucks, heavy equipment, and RVs
