About the Role

Join our Bently Nevada Engineering team. Bently Nevada, a Baker Hughes business, offers comprehensive machine condition monitoring and protection solutions that help customers achieve the highest asset reliability.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose machinery problems based on vibration data, operational data, and customer communications
  • Build relationships with customers to provide high-quality service and become their trusted advisor
  • Travel to customer sites to provide support
  • Write technical reports with conclusions and recommendations
  • Define KPIs to analyze performance and propose improvements
  • Apply HS&E standards to ensure safety and compliance
  • Oversee preparation of invoices and technical documents, ensuring compliance with internal systems
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a 2-year technical degree with 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge or experience in Power Generation, Chemical Plants, or similar industries
  • Mechanical experience with rotating equipment
  • Ability to travel regionally up to 80%
  • Valid passport and driver’s license
Work Environment & Flexibility

Flexible working hours, including M-F 8am-5pm with some weekends and OT as needed.
