RVH is seeking a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Medical Imaging team, you will play a crucial role in all aspects of sonography. Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited ultrasound program or recognized equivalent
  • Registered with College of Medical Radiation & Imaging Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO)
  • Credentialed member of Sonography Canada
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification

  • Perform routine and emergency sonography procedures, documenting high-quality images (e.g., abdominal, OB/GYN, small parts)
  • Experience in musculoskeletal, neurosonography, vascular imaging, and assisting in interventional procedures is an asset
  • Operate and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment
  • Prepare reports documenting procedures and results
  • Work all shifts, including standby
  • Collaborate with the diagnostic imaging team for smooth workflow
