Qualifications

• Completion of Medical Office Administration program or equivalent medical office experience.
• Medical Terminology training with demonstrated working knowledge.
• First Aid and CPR C certification or plan to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support for Diagnostic Imaging operations.
• Perform front-desk and reception duties for the department.
• Assist with scheduling and patient registration and related documentation.
• Utilize Meditech and MSM systems for orders and workflow.
• Maintain organized records and support a high standard of customer service.
