Job summary

FLINT Corp. in Fort McMurray, AB is seeking a Dewatering Multi-Skilled Operator with groundwork duties for a permanent project.

The role offers a 7/7 schedule, camp accommodations or local housing, and flights provided from Calgary or Edmonton, with benefits after 300+ hours worked. Minimum 1 year of multi-skilled experience is required, along with CSO safety training and the ability to communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience multi-skilled.
• Meet minimum safety ticket CSO (Common Safety Orientation).
• Physically capable of demanding tasks in various conditions.
• Willing to do groundwork and train on new equipment.
• Clean 5-year drivers abstract with <6 demerits and fluent English.

FLINT is seeking Multi-skilled Equipment Operators with dewatering experience for a permanent project position in Fort McMurray, AB starting September 2026. This position will include groundwork. In this position, you will enjoy a 7/7 schedule, camp accommodations or local, flights provided from Calgary or Edmonton, and benefits after 300+ hours worked.

• Minimum 1 year experience multi-skilled
• Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
  • CSO (Common Safety Orientation from Energy Safety Canada)
• Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
• Must be willing to do groundwork.
• Pipe fusing experience is an asset
• Able to train on new equipment when requested.
• Able to provide a clean 5-year drivers abstract with less than 6 demerits.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
