Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a DevOps/Cloud Infrastructure Specialist in Canada. You will help build and maintain CI/CD pipelines across Azure and AWS, while provisioning infrastructure with Infrastructure-as-Code. You will act as the main IT support contact for Canadian staff and handle on‑prem networking issues.

The role emphasizes Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and device troubleshooting, with relevant Azure and AWS certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, networking, or related field (or equivalent).
• 3–6 years of experience in DevOps/cloud infrastructure and IT support or systems administration.
• Production experience on both Microsoft Azure and AWS.
• Strong IT support focus with Windows, Microsoft 365, and device troubleshooting.
• Cloud certifications: Azure AZ-104/AZ-400/AZ-305 and/or AWS SAA-C03/DVA-C02/SysOps.
