Job summary

Jobtailor in Mississauga is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer focused on cloud security and automation to design and manage secure infrastructure across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.

You will implement Infrastructure-as-Code, automate deployment standards, and integrate security tooling with operational platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen threat detection and incident response, while aiming to reduce manual effort and enhance security

Qualifications

Post-secondary education or equivalent practical experience in cyber security, IT, CS, or engineering.
Experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, Security Engineering, or related disciplines.
Experience developing automation using scripting and infrastructure-as-code technologies.
Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, identity services, or security technologies.
Working knowledge of container technologies, including Docker.
Working knowledge of container orchestration and cluster management (Docker Swarm, ECS, Kubernetes, GKE, AKS).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
