Role Overview

As the DevOps you will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimizing the technology environments that support our applications, while defining and implementing the security policies, controls, and processes required to protect our products and services. You will work closely with the infrastructure, platform, and product teams to integrate security, reliability, and operational efficiency across all our operations and technology environments.

You Will

• Own the cloud infrastructure, primarily on AWS, including production, staging, development, and sandbox environments.
• Maintain, improve, and standardise CI/CD pipelines, mainly using GitLab.
• Actively contribute to improving the release process, including automation, traceability, risk reduction, and delivery workflow clarity.
• Support development teams with infrastructure, deployment, runners, builds, automated testing, and temporary environment needs.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the company’s technical security posture, including cloud controls, access management, vulnerabilities, scans, and compliance practices.
• Collaborate with the security team on audits, technical evidence collection, SOC 2 controls, and enterprise customer security requests.
• Monitor and optimise infrastructure costs, particularly AWS services with significant margin impact.
• Help define internal best practices around DevOps, infrastructure as code, secrets management, observability, and software deployment.

Must Have Skills

• Senior‑level experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, platform engineering, or a similar role.
• Experience with Python programming and scripting.
• Strong experience with AWS in a SaaS product or cloud platform environment.
• Excellent knowledge of GitLab CI/CD or an equivalent CI/CD system.
• Familiarity with SOC 2 and GDPR compliance frameworks.
• Solid understanding of risks related to applications, web services, and production environments.
• Experience collaborating with software development teams.
• Ability to analyse infrastructure costs and recommend optimisation opportunities.
• Self‑driven, accountable, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English, with a strong team‑oriented mindset.
