Job summary

ArcGIS Online is a secure mapping and spatial analysis software as a service (SaaS) platform that empowers organizations to unlock geospatial insights. The role involves collaborating with SREs and DevOps to operate SaaS capabilities across multi cloud providers, improving workflows, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines across environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience coding, problem-solving, and debugging software.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation.
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Puppet or Chef.
• Solid understanding of version control and build systems.
• Experience with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on provisioning of cloud infrastructure via APIs (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM).
• Knowledge of AWS IAM, EC2, EKS, ELB, AIAR like AKS; container workloads (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with Redis, Elasticsearch, DynamoDB, Redshift and cloud native architecture.

• Collaborate with SREs and DevOps to operate SaaS capabilities across multi cloud providers.
• Improve workflows to build, test, and deploy applications across environments.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines across development, QA, and production settings.
• Configure and deploy containerized microservice components.
• Design, document, implement, and maintain operational components in applications.
• Employ automation, monitoring, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Develop data pipelines for operational insights on deployed services and cloud apps.
• Share knowledge and improve deployment quality and velocity within the team.
