  • Build and maintain reusable platform capabilities, automation frameworks, and self-service solutions that enable teams to deliver software more effectively.
  • Support security, governance, and compliance requirements through the implementation of IAM controls, secrets management, encryption, patching and vulnerability remediation practices.
  • Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and problem management activities to improve platform stability and operational resilience.
  • Contribute to disaster recovery, backup, business continuity and resiliency planning initiatives.
  • Support platform modernization efforts and continuously identify opportunities to improve automation, scalability, reliability, and operational excellence.
  • Troubleshoot complex application, infrastructure, networking, and deployment issues while driving long-term corrective actions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, architecture diagrams, and platform standards.
  • Participate in Agile delivery activities including planning, estimation, technical design discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
