Job summary

Nasdaq, Inc. is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design and automate cloud infrastructure provisioning and application deployment on AWS, enabling critical solutions.

You will build robust CI/CD pipelines and develop infrastructure-as-code to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable environments. Collaborating with engineering teams across functions and regions, you’ll drive improvements in development processes and operational excellence, while aligning with business continuity and disaster recovery

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or infrastructure automation.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud architecture design.
  • Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools, containerization platforms, and configuration management.
  • Clear communicator with experience working in collaborative, cross-functional environments.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Strong hands‑on experience with AWS services and cloud architecture design.
  • Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools, containerization platforms, and configuration management.
  • Clear communicator with experience working in collaborative, cross‑functional environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • AWS certification (e.g., Solutions Architect Associate or Professional).
  • Experience with serverless computing and modern programming languages such as Python or Java.
  • Background in capital markets, fintech, or regulated industries.

What We Offer

The base pay range for this role is $86,000 - $118,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
