Job summary

Vital Infrastructure Property Trust is seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator, Development to support the development team on a 12-month contract. You will manage invoices, RFP documentation, and records while supporting meetings and key administrative requirements.

This role offers exposure to real estate development processes and requires strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment within a leading healthcare infrastructure portfolio.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in business administration, real estate, urban planning, or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination or related role.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience processing invoices and maintaining project trackers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the development team and VP.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and action items.
• Maintain project trackers and documentation, including invoices and budgets.
