Workinnonprofits is seeking a Development Officer – Fundraising to join WIN House in Edmonton. WIN House provides individuals and their children fleeing violence with crisis response and intervention, safe temporary accommodation, and support for basic needs. Clients receive trauma‑informed, client‑centered programming and support, access to resources, information, and referrals to community support. WIN House works toward operating within a low‑barrier model of care.
Standard hours of work are 8:30 AM to 3:45 PM Monday to Thursday and 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM on Friday. Win House offers a pet‑friendly, team‑oriented working environment. As a Living Wage Employer, we are committed to fair pay practices that reflect the value of our employees’ work. The rate of pay for this term position is $20 per hour.
