Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 3 years of experience with large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture.
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
• Experience managing complex development initiatives at scale and leading high-impact, organization-wide technical efforts (preferred).
• Skip-level management experience and the ability to set up multi-tiered software development teams for success (preferred).
• Experience managing frontend developers and collaborating with UX designers to deliver intuitive, customer-facing platforms (preferred).
• Understanding of cloud services, system architectures, and large-scale cluster orchestration or production containerization systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing team of software developers, modelling technical excellence and empowering career and leadership growth.
• Drive technical strategy including system architecture and core design principles for the Agent Registry control plane.
• Establish development best practices for performance and reliability across the team.
• Partner with Product Managers and cross-functional leaders to define product goals and shape the strategic roadmap.
• Align short-term delivery with long-term product outlook through close collaboration with senior leadership.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal cross-site teams and external partners to drive organizational alignment.
• Manage project execution, set key milestones, and cultivate a positive team culture focused on continuous learning and psychological safety.
