  • Lead Memorable Events and Campaigns: Plan, coordinate, and execute creative fundraising events, campaigns, and community engagement activities that bring people together and highlight the transformative work of Saint Luke’s Place.
  • Turn Insights into Action: Monitor, analyze, and report on fundraising and marketing performance, using data-driven insights to inform strategy, enhance donor engagement, and align efforts with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate to Drive Success: Chair key fundraising committees and work closely with cross-functional teams, leadership, and community partners to cultivate a culture of philanthropy and ensure initiatives reflect our values and vision.
  • Champion Our Story and Impact: Serve as an ambassador for Saint Luke’s Place by promoting our mission through authentic storytelling, creative outreach, and community-focused initiatives that foster a strong sense of connection and support.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, development, or related roles; experience in long-term care or senior living is an asset.
  • Proven success in implementing comprehensive fundraising strategies, including major gifts, corporate giving, planned giving, and special events.
  • Experience with fundraising software and donor databases (e.g., Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce, Blackbaud, DonorPerfect).
  • Proficiency in web design, digital marketing, and creating visually appealing promotional materials aligned with organizational branding.
