Job summary

Dream Unlimited is seeking a Development Accounting intern for an 8-month program starting January 2026. You will assist in monthly/quarterly financial reporting and learn key accounting treatments on various projects, while recording journal entries and preparing reconciliations.

You must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Business or Accounting, possess strong Excel and communication skills, be a team player, and eager to learn while contributing to a fast-paced finance

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Business or Accounting.
• Diligent and detail oriented when preparing deliverables.
• Eager to learn, receptive to feedback and development opportunities.
• Strong team player with the ability to support collective goals.
• Strong problem-solving skills to develop solutions to key issues.
• Proficient in Excel and communication (email/voice).
• Willingness to pursue an accounting designation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the monthly and quarterly financial reporting process.
• Assist with execution and learn the accounting treatment for key transactions and financial operations on projects.
• Record monthly and quarterly corporate journal entries including inter-company transactions, equity investments, distribution/contribution transactions, and corporate elimination entries.
• Prepare and analyze account reconciliations.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and analyses including cash flow forecasting.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages to business partners and support team members/departments as required.
