Job Description :

• Provide 24/7 level 1 support for the application
• Master the concepts and tools of the Agile and DevOps world
• Meet with clients to identify, understand and analyze business needs by anticipating potential business issues.
• Write stories by elaborating the functional and technical aspects required for the development of solutions in a DEV-OPS spirit.
• Respect, support and collaborate with established architectural orientations.
• Review and monitor the operational documentation of the systems.
• Proactively monitor applications to propose improvements and support solutions.
• Assume an advisory role to his/her team and stakeholders on the processes, procedures and working methods in place.
• Develop, perform quality functional and integrated tests in addition to ensuring integrity with other systems if required.
• Participate in the drafting of production release instructions and validate the delivery results.
• Participate in the support of test environments and participate in patches when required.
• Participate in the support of applications in production and coordinate the correction of prioritized anomalies that have been reported.
