We are looking for:

Senior .Net Developer

Job Location: remote from Poland or hybrid in Warszawa

We seek a great talented Senior .Net Developer to join our fast-paced, innovative software development team. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge and expertise in .Net-related technologies and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Work effectively in a team environment of work type – Development and Support.

  • Work together in a distributed agile team.

  • Align solutions within the overall IT strategy.

  • Ability to troubleshoot.

  • Build strong relationships with onshore/offshore teams, customers, and users.

  • Good awareness of the customer’s business and in-depth knowledge of the customer’s environment and processes.

  • Follow training plans, requirements and schedules as outlined.

  • Must have a sense of ownership in handling project and technical issues and able to provide effective and timely resolution.

  • Ensure the following of processes and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in development with a focus on .Net related technologies (ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#)

  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.

  • Proficient in AWS (S3, RDS, DMS, Ec2), Classic ASP.

  • Experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL , SQL Server, Oracle databases

  • Knowledge of modern development tools and practices, such as Git, Agile methodologies, and test-driven development.

  • Awareness of basic clouds concepts.

  • Excellent critical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

  • Fluent Polish and communicative English

  • Nice to have: Experience in Public sector
