Dynatrace is seeking a Developer Advocate to lead Bluebox.ai, a new product. You will be the public face of Bluebox, build community presence, publish deep technical content, and run events to empower developers to run and ship AI-generated code.

You will collaborate with Marketing and Product teams, travel up to 25%, and contribute authentic, hands-on demonstrations that reflect real production experience. This is a full-time role in a fast-growing area of observability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in developer-facing work with hands-on coding experience.
• Proven track record shipping software and operating in production.
• Daily use of AI coding agents as core infrastructure.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for events and conferences.
• Startup or growth-stage experience and comfort with fast pace.

Responsibilities

• Be the public face of Bluebox under your own name and voice.
• Build community presence on Discord, Hacker News, Reddit, Bluesky, and X.
• Write original technical content: deep dives and use-case walkthroughs.
• Run livestreams, videos, and workshops to enable others.
• Speak at conferences and meetups to drive product adoption.
• Help users tell their stories through blogs, videos, and talks.
• Identify friction in quickstart/docs/onboarding and propose improvements with Product/Engineering.
• Co-create with influencers and partners; contracting sits with Marketing.
• Be measured on sign-ups and Bluebox usage.
