Job summary

Aviva Canada, operating the Aviva AutoCare Centre in Mississauga, is seeking a Workshop Coordinator (Detailer) to ensure the final cleaning, presentation and delivery of repaired vehicles. You will play a key role in maintaining cleanliness and quality standards across collision repair cycles.

The role requires detail orientation, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive detailing preferred, especially collision repair.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, compounds, waxes and polishing tools.
• Ability to identify defects in paint and bodywork.

Responsibilities

• Perform final cleaning on vehicles after repairs for a flawless finish.
• Vacuum and clean interior areas affected by repair work.
• Wipe down interior panels, glass and surfaces to remove contaminants.
• Conduct final walk-around inspections to spot imperfections before delivery.
• Assist with masking/prepping interiors and exteriors as needed.
• Move vehicles between departments and parking areas.
• Maintain detailing area, tools, towels and equipment cleanliness.
• Assist workshop lead with cleanliness, organization and workflow.
• Follow safety protocols for chemicals, coatings and equipment.
