Job summary

Performance Auto Group in Ontario seeks an Automotive Detailer to prepare and detail both new and pre-owned vehicles for delivery. You will polish interiors and exteriors, apply protection, and maintain detailing equipment with a safety-focused mindset.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in detailing, strong customer-service skills, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude. A valid Ontario driver’s license and non-skid shoes are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year automotive detailer experience.
• Experienced in providing exceptional customer service.
• High attention to detail.
• Team oriented, adaptable, with a positive attitude.
• A proven self-starter with excellent attention to detail.
• Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
• Must have non-skid/safety shoes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare new and pre-owned vehicles for customer deliveries.
• Detail the interior and exterior of all inventory and sold vehicles.
• Perform rustproofing, undercoating, paint protection and fabric protection.
• Use the buffer to polish vehicles as required.
• Maintain the detailing equipment.
• Organize and prepare rental vehicles.
• Treat every vehicle as if it were your own.
• Other duties as assigned by the Service Manager.

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent

Compensation (expected hourly wage): $17.60 - $19.00 per hour. The starting rate will be set within this range based on job-related factors such as relevant skills and experience.
