Your area of focus

The Detailer is responsible for cleaning and detailing vehicles to dealership standards, ensuring both the interior and exterior are in excellent condition for customer delivery. This role supports the service team by maintaining a clean, organized workspace and following safety protocols while providing high-quality service.

What drives your day-to-day?
  • Detailing the interior and exterior of customer vehicles
  • Performing general car detailing activities, including vacuuming, deodorizing, and washing
  • Ensuring the exterior of cars is clean and smudge-free
  • Detailing interiors, wiping dashboards, vacuuming, and washing floor mats
  • Applying paint sealant
  • Cleaning and polishing wheels and rims
  • Using a variety of hand-held tools to detail vehicles
  • Notifying a supervisor or technician of parts requiring repair or replacement
  • Completing quality control checklists
  • Performing other repair duties as required
What are the must-haves?
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Interest in the automotive industry and knowledge about vehicles
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
  • Experience with cleaning products and tools, including power washers, is an asset
  • Dependability, reliability, strong attention to detail, and effective prioritization skills
  • Ability to meet physical demands such as heavy lifting, standing long periods, and using power tools and hand-held equipment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada
