A leading company in IT solutions is seeking a Desktop Support Technician for a 12+ month term in Kitchener. The role includes onboarding new users, troubleshooting IT issues, and providing AV support in conference rooms. Position Overview : Term : 12+ months
Pay : $30.00 - $35.00 commensurate with experience.
Hours : Standard business hours
In this role, you will onboard new users, support existing users and troubleshoot hardware / software and permissions for users.

What you will bring to the team :
Hands on experience providing end user support
Experience with AV and conference room set up, including Zoom Room and GVC
