Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-demand, on-site IT support for enterprise clients. This is a contract-based, on-demand position, meaning work assignments will be provided as needed. Availability and responsiveness are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site desktop and IT support for end users at the client location.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

• Support network connectivity issues, including LAN troubleshooting.
