Job description

We are urgently seeking Desktop Support Engineers to join our IT team in Dublin. In this role, you will provide critical on-site technical support to ensure seamless operations for our employees. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and grow your IT career.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory.
  • Document solutions and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Customer-focused attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft MTA, ITIL) are a plus.
