We’re looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to support our technology infrastructure! This role is Calgary-based, with occasional travel required to other CDC locations in Alberta. You’ll be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support to end users and ensuring all systems are fully functional. Your role will involve both remote and onsite support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and playing an important client-facing role in a high-performing IT team. There will be occasional overnight trips to Edmonton as necessary, and participation in a weekly paid on-call schedule is required.
