Microserveis looking for a Deskside Service Technician, Tier 1 to join our onsite team inRichmond,BC.The Deskside Service Technician, Tier1's mainresponsibilities will be to help find solutions to a variety of technical problems byrespondingto hardwaretickets.
They willbe responsible fordeploying and retiring IT hardware in our branch or client environments. This may involve physical installation, transfer of settings or data, installation and configuration of software, or training and support for PCs, Laptops, Printers and Peripherals.
They will have the ability to diagnose and repair hardware and software issues while delivering exceptional customer service to our client.We are looking for someone whois dedicated to providinggreat customer service while solving technical problems.
