The Role

We seek an enthusiastic, collaborative individual to join our Retail Team as a Design Consultant at our Griffintown location, 1155 Rue Wellington Montréal, QC, in a full-time capacity.

Responsibilities

1. Help clients realize their dream spaces by actively listening and guiding product selections, including communicating loyalty services.
2. Develop rapport with clients, scheduling and attending in-home, virtual, and in-store consultations based on their preferences.
3. Provide personalized design solutions using tools like 2D and 3D floor plans and mood boards.
4. Maintain sales and performance standards, tracking orders through to completion.

Qualifications

1. Experience in retail sales, including commission-based roles, with a proven ability to meet sales objectives.
2. Proficiency in retail systems (POS, Microsoft Office).
3. Creative mindset and strong design instincts; formal education is a plus.
4. Self-motivated, organized, and persuasive communicator.
