We seek Co-op students for our London office, which comprises approximately 14 team members working across Healthcare, Post-Secondary Education, Science and Technology, Civic, Justice, and Commercial sectors. Candidates should be self-motivated, possess strong communication skills, work well in teams, and bring innovative ideas to support our sustainable future.

The Co-op role involves collaborating with the Lead Architect and team members throughout the design and construction process. Tasks may include, depending on experience:

  • Assisting in schematic design, design development, and contract documentation, including floor plans, elevations, details, sections, and schedules.
  • Creating 3D views, renderings, and VR walkthroughs.
  • Applying architectural procedures and techniques.
  • Performing architectural assignments independently with guidance from senior staff.
  • Participating in site visits and client meetings, documenting these engagements.
  • Engaging in design discussions and general duties.
  • Technical skills required:
    • Revit 2020 or higher
    • AutoCAD 2020 or higher

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two years of completed coursework toward a degree with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Knowledge of relevant software packages.
  • Understanding of building technology, construction methods, and materials.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining proficiency.
  • Organized, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Additional software skills: Rhino, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
