We seek Co-op students who are self-motivated learners, possess strong communication skills, work well in teams, and are eager to bring innovative ideas for a sustainable future. Our London office has approximately 14 team members working with clients in Healthcare, Post-Secondary Education, Science and Technology, Civic, Justice, and Commercial sectors.

The Co-op student will work with the Lead Architect and team members on various tasks throughout the design and construction process, including:

  1. Assisting in producing schematic designs, design development, and contract documents such as floor plans, elevations, details, sections, and schedules
  2. Creating 3D views, renderings, and VR walkthroughs
  3. Applying architectural procedures and techniques
  4. Performing architectural assignments independently under senior guidance
  5. Attending site visits and client meetings, and documenting these engagements
  6. Participating in design discussions and general duties
  7. Technical Skills required: Revit 2020 or higher, AutoCAD 2020 or higher

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two years completed toward a degree with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Knowledge of relevant software packages
  • Understanding of building technology, construction methodologies, and materials
  • Ability to multitask efficiently
  • Strong organizational skills and team participation attitude
  • Additional software skills: Rhino, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign

Required Qualifications:

  • Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Active participation in our employee-owned culture
