Job summary

Sun Country Well Servicing in Estevan, SK is seeking an experienced derrickhand for service rig work. The role involves handling and moving pipe, tools, and equipment on location, often in harsh weather and long hours.

The ideal candidate must hold H2S Alive and First Aid tickets, a valid drivers license, and ideally a Class 1A/3A license. A strong work ethic and safety focus are essential; benefits include a company RRSP plan and boot allowance after six months.

Responsibilities

• General duties on a service rig - handling, sorting and moving pipe, tools and other materials.

• Maintenance of equipment and housekeeping duties on the rig.
• Assist in setting up, taking down and transporting the rig and service equipment between locations, and operating the pump truck.

Locally owned and operated service rig company is seeking experienced derrickhands.

Must have valid H2S Alive and First Aid tickets and a graduated driver's license. A valid driver's licence is a requirement for this position as well as a Fall Protection ticket.

Preference will be given to those holding a Class 1A or 3A license. Prior experience on a service rig is required for this position.

We pay above the CAODC current rates. We supply FR coveralls, pay for the cleaning of the coveralls, we supply hard hats, safety glasses, gloves and after six months employment you are eligible for the boot allowance program.
