Job summary

OMERS / Oxford Properties Group in Toronto is seeking an Analyst for Derivative Operations to support middle-office lifecycle events across OTC and listed derivatives. You will work with traders, risk and compliance to ensure accurate confirmations, settlements and reporting.

Preferred candidates are undergraduates in Business/Commerce, with strong Excel, communication skills, and exposure to derivative instruments; knowledge of CRD and Bloomberg is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate Business Administration/Commerce program with an interest in Derivative Operations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the book of record for derivative investment transactions to ensure trade settlement, cash entitlements and forecasting, asset exposure reporting, performance measurement, reconciliations and general ledger purposes.
