Position Title: Canada Deputy Country Manager

As the Canada Deputy Country Manager, you will lead strategic business development initiatives, manage key client relationships, and drive market growth. This role is instrumental to Hanshow’s expansion in Canada and offers high visibility across global teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full sales lifecycle—from strategic planning to deal execution and long-term account management
  • Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with major retail clients and partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead negotiations with enterprise-level stakeholders
  • Represent Hanshow’s full product and solutions portfolio to prospective and existing clients
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with global product, marketing, and technical teams to deliver tailored customer solutions
  • Monitor sales pipeline and performance metrics, providing regular reports and forecasts to senior management
  • Act as a senior ambassador for Hanshow in Canada, supporting brand visibility and local partner development initiatives

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in business, marketing, engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated success in key account management, enterprise sales, or national business leadership roles
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong industry experience in retail technology, telecommunications, or consumer electronics is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar enterprise platforms is preferred
  • A valid driver’s license is preferred
  • Fluency in English is required; Chinese language proficiency is a plus
