This is an exceptional opportunity to join Suffolk GP Federation, at a pivotal moment for the NHS. Working alongside the CEO, GP leaders and system partners, you will help shape how care is redesigned for our communities, ensuring General Practice is recognised not simply as a stakeholder, but as a strategic leader of neighbourhood health, integration and population health improvement.
As Deputy CEO and Director of Partnerships and Development, you will lead our strategic development agenda, build influential partnerships across Suffolk, drive transformation programmes and create opportunities that strengthen practices, Primary Care Networks and the wider primary care provider landscape. You will be a visible advocate for General Practice, helping to secure its place at the centre of system decision-making and future service delivery.
We’re looking for an ambitious, collaborative and politically astute leader with a track record of delivering change, influencing complex systems and bringing people together around a shared vision. Whether your background is in the NHS, wider public sector or health and care partnerships, you’ll be motivated by the opportunity to make a lasting difference for practices, patients and communities across Suffolk.
If you are excited by the challenge of helping shape the future of Primary Care and building a stronger, more influential voice for General Practice within the NHS, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll join our Senior Leadership team. We are a not-for-profit, community interest company and our main purpose is to support Primary Care across Suffolk, including support with working collaboratively and at scale. We also deliver a portfolio of NHS services across Suffolk and North East Essex, including Podiatry, Ultrasound, as well as Urgent Care Services including the Out of Hours face-to-face Service in Suffolk.
