Job summary

The role keeps field technicians productive and customers served efficiently. Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting and recording goods, preparing shipments, managing inventory accuracy, and maintaining safety and organization in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations or similar role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
• Strong communication with technicians, suppliers and couriers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping and receiving, inventory control, and data entry in ServiceTitan.
• Support technicians by ensuring parts, tools, and materials are available when needed.
• Liaise with suppliers and couriers to track shipments and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare, stage, and verify outgoing shipments and internal transfers.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse areas and monitor stock levels.
