Job summary

Encore Canada is seeking a Warehouse Technician to support all warehouse operations, including shipping/receiving, QC, inventory control, and logistics. The role reports to the Manager, Warehouse and requires 1–3 years of warehouse experience and the ability to safely operate forklifts.

Key responsibilities include processing inbound/outbound orders, managing shipments, and maintaining a safe workspace. Proficiency with RF-based WMS and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong communication with team members and customers.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office.
• Experience using an RF-based WMS (preferred).
• Experience operating industrial forklift equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inbound/Outbound order processing: receive, ship, label, pick, pack orders for delivery.
• Logistics: process shipments via small parcel, LTL, internal fleet.
• Safety: perform forklift daily checks and participate in safety initiatives.
• Warehouse housekeeping: maintain a safe, clean work area and equipment.
• Customer service: uphold high service standards and collaborate with departments.
