Insight Global is seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer to design and deploy AI-powered solutions that address complex business challenges. You will work at the intersection of software engineering, AI, architecture, and consulting, translating business needs into production-ready systems.

You will partner with stakeholders to identify AI use cases, build proof-of-concepts, and deliver production-grade AI applications using GenAI, LLMs, and RAG architectures.

Formación

• 5+ years of software engineering, solution engineering, or AI engineering experience.
• Strong Python development and API integration experience.
• Experience with cloud-native application development and modern software architecture.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder-facing, and communication skills.
• Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate solutions.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, AI, architecture, and consulting, requiring a hands-on technologist who can rapidly transform business needs into production-ready solutions.

Responsibilities

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, or Microsoft AI ecosystem experience.
• Experience building agentic AI applications and workflows.
• Experience with vector databases, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval.
• Cloud certifications (Azure preferred).
• Financial services experience, with priority to Wealth Management or Insurance Domain.

Vacancy: This posting is for a currently vacant role, and the successful candidate will be hired into an existing open position.

Pay Rate: $90-100/hr
