Job summary

Intellect Design Arena Ltd, a global fintech leader, is seeking a Deployment Strategist/Technical Architect (AI) in Toronto, ON. You will guide the integration of Gen AI platform solutions into client environments, aligning data, workflows, and business objectives to deliver measurable value.

You will work with Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product teams to design bespoke deployment strategies, drive user adoption, and support successful outcomes across Wealth Management and financial services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business or related field.
• Experience in consulting, product implementation, data analysis or similar client-facing roles.

Role Overview:

As a Deployment Strategist, you will collaborate with a dynamic team of Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Designers, and other Strategic Solutions Advisors to implement our Gen AI platform solutions to solve our clients' most complex challenges. Your mission is to transform diverse data insights, user needs, and business objectives into cohesive strategies that deliver impactful solutions. You'll play a pivotal role in defining how our platform integrates into clients' operations, driving user adoption, and ensuring the platform delivers significant value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Meet with client teams, including analysts, decision-makers, and end-users, to understand their most pressing problems, workflows, and objectives.
• Problem Solving: Analyze and synthesize client needs, identify key data sources, and collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored solutions that address critical issues.
• Data Integration: Work with Data Engineers to integrate client data into our platform, ensuring a stable, extensible, and scalable pipeline that meets client requirements.
• Workflow Development: Partner with clients to design bespoke workflows and AI-driven solutions that enhance their operations and decision-making processes.
• User Training and Support: Lead training sessions and workshops to empower clients with the knowledge to leverage our platform effectively, fostering user adoption and long-term impact.
• Product Feedback Loop: Collaborate closely with our Product and Engineering teams, sharing insights and feedback from client engagements to shape future product enhancements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Present insights, project outcomes, and future work proposals to diverse audiences, from operational analysts to C-suite executives.
• Demonstrations and Proposals: Develop and deliver compelling demonstrations of our Gen AI platform to new and existing clients, showcasing the value of our technology.
