Job summary

RONA in Calgary is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead a dynamic retail team and ensure an outstanding customer experience. You will supervise staff, coordinate merchandising, and manage the replenishment process to meet store objectives.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, at least five years in personnel management, and a proven track record in retail. Excellent communication and autonomy are essential for driving sales and store growth.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in personnel management.
• Experience managing a retail business.
• Strong leadership, resourceful and autonomous.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise work according to set priorities and the company’s requirements.
• Resolve any issue that may arise while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Carry out merchandising duties according to the Store Manager’s directions.
• Supervise the replenishment process.
• Manage promotional activities according to sales, company initiatives.
• Be aware of current trends and competitors to help develop effective marketing strategy.
• Assist in recruiting staff for the department under your responsibility.
• Determine work schedule while complying with the established labour budget and ensuring that customer needs are met.
• Coach, encourage, and motivate teams.
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly.
