Job summary

McDonald’s Canada is seeking a Department Manager to lead one of our four departments and foster a positive, high-performing culture across the restaurant. You will manage Managers and Crew, uphold safety and cleanliness standards, and drive guest satisfaction with a focus on people and processes.

The role emphasizes accountability, team leadership, and building lasting value for the business and staff. Previous QSR management experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in management at McDonald’s or another QSR is beneficial.
• Ability to lead by example and raise performance standards.
• Strong focus on creating a positive team culture and guest experience.

While previous experience working in food service or retail as a barista, server, sales associate, cashier, team member, or customer sales representative as a manager is always helpful and appreciated, what is most important is who you are.
