Job summary

McDonald's Canada is seeking a Department Manager to lead a restaurant team, drive service excellence, and uphold a safe, clean dining environment.

You will inspire a team of Managers and Crew Members, build sales and profits, and participate in local events to strengthen community presence. A background in food service or retail management is helpful; more importantly, you lead by example and foster an inclusive, customer-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a restaurant or retail team is preferred.
• It is important to demonstrate accountability and a positive culture.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Your vibe and experience

While previous experience working in food service or retail as a barista, server, sales associate, cashier, team member, or customer sales representative as a manager is always helpful and appreciated, what is most important is who you are.
