Job summary

McDonald’s Canada is seeking a General Manager to lead a high‑performing restaurant team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will inspire a culture of accountability, coach Managers and Crew, and drive sales and profitability while maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

You bring previous management experience in food service or retail, a passion for people, and the ability to solve problems quickly.
