Job summary

McDonald’s Canada is seeking a Department Manager to lead a dynamic restaurant team across our departments. You’ll model accountability, coach a diverse crew, and elevate guest experiences while maintaining safety and quality standards.

In this role you will inspire a culture of pride, manage a team of Managers and Crew, uphold cleanliness, and drive sales and profitability while delivering consistent, high‑quality service to guests across our locations.
