The Home Depot in Alberta is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead and inspire associates, delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales and merchandising excellence. You will coach, train and motivate the team to perform at their best and grow professionally.

Formación

• 1-2 years experience as a supervisor / leading teams.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent decision making ability and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule; including days, evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire associates to build relationships with customers, associates and peers to deliver exceptional service and drive sales.
• Ensure staffing levels meet business needs.
• Manage associate performance through development, communication, rewards and recognition, and provide ongoing feedback.
• Review sales and other reports with the assistant manager to improve inventory, overhead organization and cross merchandising.
• Maintain 100% in stock and overhead organizational plans.
• Investigate, resolve and escalate customer issues as appropriate.
• Communicate store sales, events and promotions through rallies and weekly department meetings.
• Ensure Safety and Asset Protection standards are communicated and followed.
