You'll manage staffing, handle escalations, and communicate promotions while maintaining safety standards and stock organization. A customer-focused leader with 1–2 years supervision is ideal.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience as a supervisor / leading teams.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends.
• Strong merchandising and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire associates to build relationships with customers and peers to provide exceptional service and drive sales.
• Ensure department staffing levels meet business needs.
• Manage associate performance through development, communication, rewards and ongoing feedback.
• Review sales and reports with assistant manager to improve inventory, overhead organization and cross merchandising.
• Maintain 100% in-stock and overhead organizational plans.
• Investigate, resolve and escalate customer issues as appropriate.
• Communicate store sales, events and promotions through rallies and weekly department meetings.
• Ensure that all Safety and Asset Protection standards and protocols are clearly communicated and followed.
