Job summary

Wildwood Dental is seeking an Assistant Practice Manager in Saskatoon, SK. You will oversee the Administrative Team's daily performance and development, ensuring efficient operations and a strong patient experience.

Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will lead scheduling optimization, KPI monitoring, and workflow improvements while coaching staff to achieve growth and elevated patient care.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of the dental industry and practice operations.
• Experience with dental practice management software incl. ClearDent.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong scheduling and revenue-cycle understanding.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to the Administrative Team.
• Coach and develop team members to strengthen knowledge, confidence, accountability and performance.
• Establish clear expectations and ensure administrative standards and procedures are followed.
• Recruit, interview and hire administrative staff.
• Maximize provider and hygiene schedule utilization and clinic performance.
• Translate data into actionable priorities for the team.
• Communicate across administrative and clinical departments to improve patient experience.
