Studio Dental Downtown Toronto, part of 123Dentist, is seeking a passionate Office Manager to join our downtown Toronto practice. This permanent full-time position focuses on optimizing patient flow, enhancing the patient experience, and coordinating between front desk and dental professionals.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of dental office management experience, is proficient in MS Office, familiar with Tracker software, and comfortable handling budgets and privacy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of dental office management or dental administration required.
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is an asset.
• Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication with patients and providers.
• Knowledge of medical and dental terminology and processes.
• Experience maintaining patient privacy at a professional level.
• Demonstrated budgeting and financial transaction management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and families.
• Customer service mindset.
