• Uses and maintains test devices, tools to adjust, calibrate and repair equipment.
• Repairs equipment to manufacturer specifications.
• Ensures service commitments are met within standard response times.
• Collaborates with Sales Representatives to present Maintenance Agreements.
• Follows manufacturer guidelines and company asepsis policies.
