Job summary

Henry Schein Canada, Inc. is seeking an Equipment Service Technician (EST) to diagnose, repair, and maintain dental equipment across Nova Scotia.

You will deliver responsive, professional customer service while supporting territory growth and preventative maintenance programs. You will manage service requests, provide repair updates, coordinate vendor repairs when needed, and document work orders and billing.

Qualifications

• Hands-on technician with strong interest in mechanics and electronics.
• Technical training and experience in a service or equipment environment.
• Organized, detail-oriented and proficient with service record documentation.
• Able to lift and move equipment up to 100 lbs.
• Willing to travel across Nova Scotia to support customers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and maintain dental equipment while delivering professional customer service.
• Manage service requests, provide updates and coordinate vendor repairs when required.
• Promote preventative maintenance agreements and related service solutions to grow the territory.
• Complete work orders and billing, and collaborate with internal teams.
• Occasional evening or weekend work as needed to meet customer needs.
