Job summary

Tiger Analytics Inc. is seeking a Delivery Lead in Canada with 10-15 years of experience to manage multiple value streams and drive initiatives from strategy through execution.

The ideal candidate has strong Retail/CPG domain knowledge, business-focused mindset, and expertise across Pricing, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, and Forecasting. You will guide analytics teams, leverage GenAI and low/no‑code tools, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple value streams from strategy to delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven mindset.
• Hands-on analytics with SQL, Python, and visualization tools.
• Retail/CPG domain knowledge and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to communicate insights to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Retail/CPG leaders to define objectives and drive value realization.
• Lead multiple value streams end-to-end and track delivery and risks.
• Structure ambiguous problems into hypotheses, analyses, and decision frameworks.
• Conduct hands-on analysis to identify trends, gaps, and bottlenecks.
• Lead executive decision support with data-driven planning and insights.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, and tech teams to build DSS and data products; explore GenAI opportunities.
